About Me

Hi, I’m Parth, a corporate guy who once struggled with low confidence, skipped workouts, and felt lost at the gym. About 1.5 years ago I decided to change that. Over time, I built strength, consistency, and confidence, and now I share my journey to help beginners overcome the same struggles. 

My goal is simple: To motivate you to take the first step, stay consistent, and grow stronger both physically and mentally.
